The concept is brilliant, the off center lighting adds to the creativity of the image, the makeup lines coming in from the right hand side out of the dark portions blend into the shadows magnificently, the focus point is on the eyes, the background bokeh is outstanding, this is a remarkably composed shot, I would like to see/learn from the metadata of the image if you don't mind.
